Manual of high pressure hydraulic oil hand pump calibration:
1.Turn on the oil hole screw and pour diisooctyl sebacate or
transformer oil into the cup to 1/2 of the cup height.
2. Screw on the oil hole screw, connect the pressure gauge
calibrated with output connector according to thread and output
connector, or connect via high pressure hose.
3. Pressure fine-tuning rotates counterclockwise by 10mm (Max
15mm);
4. Hold the pressurized handle repeatedly,When there is no bubble
on the oil surface, close the relief valve counterclockwise.
5.Continue holding pressurized handle ,until the pressure up to the
pressure required.(in the case of the pressure is higher and
laborious,can be with the aid of pressure fine-tuning, fine-tuning
pressure range is about 10mpa)
